My Mindful Days is dedicated to the study of how acceptance, commitment, mindfulness meditation and related mindfulness-based traditions impact the experience of anxiety, quality of life, and various other psychological and psychosocial outcomes.
University of South Dakota students who are at least 18 years old and proficient in reading English at the 10th grade level are eligible to participate in the study, “Social Interactions in Daily Life”. Participation includes completing (1) a 60 minute online Zoom session from your personal computer and (2) four 5 minute surveys daily for 10 consecutive days from your personal computer or mobile device.
